Email sending duration
When sending a reply to a ticket, a small “Sending…” status is shown below the message.
This status will be removed once the receiving mail server has successfully accepted the message. As a result, it may take up to a minute for the status to clear. You do not need to wait for it to disappear and can proceed to handle the next ticket.
You will receive a notification if the reply cannot be delivered.
Be sure not to delete the ticket until the “Sending…” status is gone. In case of a sending issue, you won’t receive a notification if we’re not able to find the ticket.
